Earn 14 CEs, including 6 ethics CEs, by attending "DEI Concepts and Practice" and/or “Who Am I? Do I Really Know What I Think I Know?" Friday and/or Saturday, March 28-29, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. ET. Single-day registration is available (7 CEs, including 3 ethics CEs). Hurryregistration deadline is Wednesday, March 26.

During this highly interactive seminar, social workers will engage with peers to strengthen their foundation of today’s best-practice supervision knowledge and enhance their skills to function effectively in the critical role of clinical supervisor.

Day 1 provides a multicultural supervision theoretical framework, while Day 2 explores personal levels of self-awareness in supervision. The instructor is highly rated Norfolk University Professor Delores Dungee-Anderson, Ph.D., LCSW, CTST.

When both days are taken together, this course fulfills the 14-hour training requirement mandated by the Virginia Board of Social Work to provide clinical supervision for LCSW candidates. Participants may register for one day of the training to meet the 7-hour requirement for supervision training renewal.

*Participants who have previously taken a 14-hour course from NASW Virginia or Metro DC within the last calendar year and want to take an additional one-day course may qualify for a discounted one-day registration rate. Call 804-204-1339 for more information.
